The "RC" in RC structure stands for Reinforced Concrete, which refers to a structure reinforced with steel bars. It is said that it originated when European gardeners first reinforced flower pots with wire. The foundational structures of houses (foundations, exteriors, internal support walls, roofs) are constructed using concrete based on structural calculations and the latest construction methods. Therefore, the durability is 3 to 5 times higher than that of wooden structures, and maintenance costs are lower, providing an environment that maintains comfortable temperature and humidity levels.
